MC700 has been designed to be as compact as possible. Its gantry solution allows for speed and precision while optimising space, offering solutions that are unique in the industry.

MC700 is the largest machining center on the market, dedicated to heavy operations. Provided with powerful 30 kW electrospindle, both asynchronous and synchronous, which guarantee maximum efficiency thanks to the liquid cooling system. The machine can be placed in the medium-heavy industrial sector. 

With this machining center, MTMACC finds its place in the most performing mechanical workshops. MC700 is a rigid center with a gantry structure with play recovery and hydraulically closing clamps, which guarantee a secure grip. It is also equipped with: a tilting head which, thanks to its hydraulic brakes, guarantees rigidity during machining, a tool change from 15 to 30 positions, an automatic tool feeler and a belt for evacuating metal chips. The cooled electrical panel, kept at a constant temperature and the sturdy mobile console give this center those extra elements to stand out.

MC700 has been designed for machining steel profiles and structures, therefore each slide has been sized to withstand heavy loads and ensure precision machining. The sliding shoes are all roller-mounted for maximum precision. In addition, each axis has a dual position transduction system to eliminate mechanical play and positioning errors.

The machine is made from a single piece of electro-welded steel with a tubular lattice structure to ensure the necessary rigidity. The considerable weight of the machine is due to the size of the metal sheets and the thickness of the materials used, which guarantee the required solidity.
