AL100 is a compact semi-automatic machining line suitable for machining small-sized industrial profiles. The central core of the machine consists of a triad of interpolated axes for processing and a blade axis for profile sectioning.
The line is also equipped with a programmable positioner for the precise movement of the bar, in fact, unlike competing products MTMACC has included a positioner axis with a maximum excursion of 350mm, and being equipped with a very high degree of precision allows the creation of mechanical parts suitable for the automotive industry.
In the basic version, the line is semi-automatic so the operator loads one bar at a time and the machine feeds itself until the bar is completed. There are 3 axes in the basic version with the possibility of changing the machining tool manually.
