Automatc cutting line equipped with a loading table, a 600 mm blade axis and an automatic unloading table. Basic but highly productive, it adapts to many types of processing. Complete with software for managing bars and codes, AL200 keeps up with all the requirements of technological innovation and interconnection. Among its options, AL200 features a label printer and a screen for pieces identification. A special version is also available for precision sectioning up to 10 mm and for steel profiles.

Loading module
Built with a robust frame designed to support profiles up to 10 kg per meter, this unit features a step-by-step feed system and a roller guide mechanism to ensure precise alignment and reliable support during loading.
Gripping system
The profile is securely held and advanced through the cutting unit using a motorized plier. And motorized pliers with pneumatic tilt in the advanced version.
Cutting unit
Equipped with a single-blade saw with a 600 mm diameter, powered by a 2.8 kW asynchronous motor, the blade is actuated by a hydropneumatic cylinder to ensure superior cutting quality.
Blade tilt adjustment is controlled based on cutting list specifications:
- In the basic version, by pneumatic cylinders against fixed physical references
- In the advanced version, by a brushless motor for automated and precise angle control
Unloading module
After the cut, the profile is extracted from the cutting area using a motorized clamp, while air blowers remove residual chips from the process.
The profile is then released onto the discharge table, which includes:
- A spacer bar system in the basic version
- A step-by-step feed system in the complete version
Finally, the system brings the profile closer to the operator, who, following on-screen instructions, applies an identification label using the optional thermal transfer printer.
