This machine has been designed for the production of PVC and aluminium window frames, given its compactness and ease of use.
The MC50 machine is considered the first step for those entering the world of machine tools and requiring quality in production. Equipped with an easy and intuitive control panel, it is certainly a very useful tool for all manufacturers of window frames or industrial components made of aluminium, PVC or fibreglass.
The MC50 machining centre is a 3-axis + 1 interpolated machine tool with the ability to work on bars from -90° to +90°, allowing it to handle maximum profile sections of 180 mm x 140 mm in height in 3-axis mode.
Strengths
- Compact and sturdy structure, designed for machining PVC and aluminium window frames with maximum reliability.
- 4 kW electric spindle up to 24,000 rpm, with ISO30 connection and electric fan cooling system, ideal for high performance.
- Working capacity up to 2,600 mm in X and 180 mm in Z, with rotation from -90° to +90° on the A axis, allowing machining on multiple sides of the profile.
- CNC interface with 22‘-27’ LCD monitor and Windows 11 operating system, simple and intuitive, with USB, LAN and Wi-Fi connections.
- Equipped with 4 automatic clamps (expandable to 6) and front safety light curtain for secure clamping and a protected working environment.
