ROBUST MACHINING CENTRE WITH A MAXIMUM LOAD SECTION OF 300x2600 MM
Perfect for machining large aluminium profiles, its wide table allows multiple loading. This CNC stands out in the automotive and industrial sectors thanks to its ability to process multiple parts with a powerful 13 kW spindle. One of the outstanding features is its 500 mm blade with a 4 kW motor equipped for cutting loaded profiles.
The machine is designed for industrial processing of aluminum and steel profiles of significant size and weight. Structural profiles, assembled structures, curtain wall profiles and steel profiles are suitable for processing on this machine tool. The base is a welded structure, milled with high-precision tools after shot peening and painting. It uses materials over 14 mm thick to ensure surface straightness and avoid distortion during transport or movement. The base stands on 12 adjustable steel feet with rubber pads to adapt to any floor and prevent vibration transmission.
A mobile carriage made of welded steel tubes is mounted on the base and reinforced with multiple supports to ensure high rigidity and prevent upright bending, even during heavy-duty machining on steel or tough materials.
The MC900 work centre is a 4-axis interpolated machine capable of operating on bars from -95° to +95°, handling profile sections up to 480 x 340 mm in 4-axis mode. One of the machine’s standout features is its clamps. In the most advanced version, they include automatic position detection and a motorized positioner, allowing fast, precise adjustment to different profile sections and quick management of counter-profiles. Made of steel, the clamps offer exceptional solidity and secure support for demanding operations.
The MC900 is equipped with two clamp types, both highly efficient. The standard clamp supports 480 x 340 mm sections but can be modified to handle openings up to 730 x 300 mm, meeting diverse customer needs.
